Most orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays) from the date it was placed. Pre-orders generally take 5-7 business days to be processed. Processing can be delayed due to discrepancies in payment, billing/shipping information, high order volume, new launches and/or select Holidays. Orders cannot be altered once placed. Please make sure to double check all information prior to finalizing your order. NEM Fashion is not responsible for shipments mis-delivered or returned to to sender due to insufficient/invalid shipping address or failed delivery attempts. If you notify us of any errors prior to your order being shipped, your order will be canceled and you can replace it at any time. Please note that once an order has been completed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
All orders are shipped directly via USPS. We do not offer expedited shipping on our site - we apologize for any inconvenience.
Domestic shipping generally takes 2-7 business days for delivery from the date of shipment. Please note that Hawaii and Alaska requires additional transit time in most cases. Transit time may be extended due to discrepancies in shipping address (i.e., missing or invalid apartment/street number and/or zip code), failed delivery attempts, extreme weather conditions and/or high package volume. NEM Fashion cannot control the transit process or time frame.
We cannot provide general time frames for international shipping as it varies for each country and customs clearance. Please note that all international packages may be subject to tax and duty fees - we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any additional fees. All charges made by customs are separate and is not related to any shipping and handling fees charged on our site. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note that in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages up to 45 business days.
