1. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of your estimated delivery date. For international customers, we offer a 30 day return period.
  2. We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on all full price items. Credit notes do not expire.
  3. Swimwear, intimates, jewelry, bodysuits, & items in the ‘SALE’ section are not able to be returned.
  4. All Sunglasses sales are final. In the extremely unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective sunglasses please contact us immediately via email and include a picture of the defect to High quality products and excellent customer care are our top priorities and your issue will be immediately addressed and resolved.

  5. Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for a return.

  6. Lost or stolen items. Once we ship an item it is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service. Please report any lost or stolen items to them immediately.
